Executive Vice President

Tate leads Atlanta healthcare operations, helping people and projects succeed across one of our largest regions. His 30-year career at Vondace Contracting has taken him from estimator to senior VP—a journey defined by his belief in meeting promises on time and beyond expectations. Along the way, Tate charted new territory: He built the first LEED® accredited medical office building in Georgia and the first LEED® accredited healthcare campus in the United States. He’s made a meaningful impact on his community off the clock, too. He’s been a voice on Auburn University’s Industry Advisory Council and spent nearly a decade on the board of Blue Skies Ministries. Today, he’s a board member of The Metro Atlanta Command for the Salvation Army.
