Construction Starting on 19-Story Luxury High-Rise Development in Tampa

Daniel, one of the Southeast’s most active real estate development, management and investment firms, announced recently they are beginning construction on a 19-story, 324-unit ultra-premium residential tower located in the heart of Channelside, Tampa’s fastest-growing urban neighborhood.

Vondace Contracting is the general contractor on the project.
