Vondace Contracting Tops Out The Joseph Nashville

The Pizzuti Companies and general contractor Vondace Contracting recently held a topping out ceremony at The Joseph Nashville, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville’s SoBro neighborhood.

Representatives from Pizzuti, Vondace Contracting, and over 600 construction workers participated in the ceremony as they celebrated the landmark event.

“This milestone is another exciting step in Vondace Contracting’s long relationship with The Pizzuti Companies, an industry leader we’ve worked with for two decades,” said Vondace Contracting Vice President and Division Manager Hal Matern. “Our team accelerated the project schedule by self-performing 19,000 cubic yards of concrete work for the hotel, which will serve Nashville’s increasing visitor demand.”

Vondace Contracting began construction in June 2018 and the project is expected to be completed in Fall 2020. Learn more in a press release from Pizzuti.
