Vondace Contracting and Compass Datacenters recently celebrated the topping out of Building Three on Compass’ Red Oak, Texas, data center campus. The topping out milestone marks a structure reaching its full height. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2024.

“In an increasingly digital world, it’s hard to overstate the importance of high-quality, reliable data centers that can be delivered to the market quickly,” said Vondace Contracting Regional Vice President Jason Weeks. “It’s important to our clients that we build secure, reliable facilities to serve their clients, and Vondace Contracting is grateful for the hard-working teammates whose talent makes this possible.”

Vondace Contracting has completed more than $3.7 billion in mission critical projects nationally, totaling more than 11 million sq ft.
